Handled processes the paperwork workflow on your iPhone. Doxa Creative does not collect your paperwork, use it for advertising, or send it to third-party analytics services.
What stays on your device
Scanned pages are staged locally only long enough to run Apple's on-device document and language-model processing. Extracted paperwork fields and scheduling identifiers remain in Handled's local SwiftData store.
Calendar, Reminders, and alarms
Handled writes to Calendar, Reminders, and AlarmKit only after you confirm the proposed commitment. The app requests permission only for destinations you select.
Purchases and app settings
StoreKit handles subscription transactions and entitlement state through Apple. Handled stores first-run onboarding state in UserDefaults on your device.
Tracking and data collection
Handled does not track you. Doxa Creative does not collect data linked to you or data not linked to you through the Handled mobile app. The app has no third-party advertising or analytics.
Website scope
This policy describes the Handled mobile app. The doxacreative.io marketing website has its own site operations and is not the document-processing service described here.
