How do my guests sign in?
EventFrame is a free iPhone app. Guests use Sign in with Apple, which is one tap with no separate EventFrame password or profile form. The organizer uses Sign in with Apple too.
Is EventFrame a subscription?
No. EventFrame is free to download and has no subscription. A tier purchase applies to one event. Choosing a higher tier later is a separate full-price purchase shown by Apple before confirmation.
How do I delete my account?
In EventFrame, open Account settings and choose Delete my account. After typing DELETE to confirm, events you organize and their media are removed, along with your guest memberships and contributions. Purchase records may be retained where required for refunds, fraud prevention, and financial records.
Does it work if the venue has no signal?
Yes. Guest photos save on the device the moment they are taken and upload themselves to the shared album once a connection returns, so nothing is lost in a dead zone.
How long are the photos kept?
Each tier has a storage window measured from when the event is created: 7 days on Free, 6 months on Celebration, and 12 months on Gathering and Grand Event. Download the album as a ZIP before then to keep the originals.
Can I remove a photo from the album?
Yes. Every guest upload waits for organizer review before it appears to other guests. The organizer can approve or reject content and block a contributor from the event.
How do I download all the photos?
When the event ends, open the album menu and choose Download all photos to export the full album in original quality as a single ZIP file.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for your event upgrade.
