Is FlowForge a subscription?
No. FlowForge Notes is free to download. FlowForge Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks automatic destinations, calendar export, and Meeting Mode. There is no monthly or annual subscription.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open FlowForge → Settings → Privacy → Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Does my voice leave my iPhone?
By default, no. Transcription and Apple Intelligence polish run on device. Optional cloud polish, and Meeting Mode's optional cloud summary, use your own AI provider key (Claude or ChatGPT) only when you turn them on, and only text is ever sent, never your audio.
What is Meeting Mode, and does the recording leave my phone?
Meeting Mode (FlowForge Pro) records a longer conversation and builds a speaker-labelled transcript, summary, and action items, all on your iPhone. The recording and transcript stay on the device; a cloud summary runs only if you enable it, with your own AI key. Before your first recording, FlowForge reminds you that recording-consent laws vary by location and that following them is your responsibility.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for FlowForge Pro.
Which destinations does FlowForge support?
Notion and Google Drive are live with FlowForge Pro, alongside an automatic Files folder, Todoist, and your Calendar and Reminders. Connect them in Settings → Destinations. Notes are written as a Notion page or saved as a Google Doc. Apple Notes export and Obsidian vault sync (via the Mac relay) are free.
